Even though I started with W...Right there with ya!<br /><br />Even though I started with Weight Watchers, they have a "sub" program to their points program. It is very much the way that Reno teaches to eat. But I find at WW that many still don't want to give up their 100 cal snacks. Granted it is a progression when you get started, but if you aren't getting results with 100 cal snacks and ff foods and cutting down on "white" carbs, then you need to find out what is wrong...and many of them just don't want to give up that stuff. Drives me bananas.
